Your MIND is Your Most Powerful Tool

Your mind is your most powerful tool! When you realize that the quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts, you begin to carefully choose which thoughts you entertain. This, in turn, shapes the outcome of the life you will experience.

PERCEPTION

The way you perceive every situation is based on how you have trained your mind. Every decision you make, every action you take, and every thought you have stem from this filter you have placed on your mind. This filter is formed by your programming, your environment, and what you have chosen to believe about yourself. The good news is that you have the power to train your mind to benefit you and better your life. However, if you’re not careful, you can also train it to harm your life.

Consider this example: If you are constantly thinking thoughts like "I am anxious," "I am sad," "I do not have enough money," "I can never get into shape," and "life is so hard," these thoughts will manifest in your life. Conversely, if you constantly think positive thoughts of abundance, health, wealth, and prosperity, these are what you will attract into your life. Your thoughts become things and those things then become your reality. This is what we call the law of attraction, where what you are in harmonious vibration with is what you will manifest into your experience. 

YOU HOLD THE POWER

This realization alone can change your life entirely. It’s crucial to remember that your mind is under your control. We often forget this and mistakenly believe that our mind controls us. Your mind is like a muscle that can be trained just like any other part of your body. The more you work on it, the stronger it becomes. Once you learn how to master your own mind, you can create any reality you desire.

The filter you have placed on your mind influences every aspect of your reality. If you want to change your life, you must remove this filter and start feeding your mind with knowledge and curiosity. Train it with daily challenges, positive affirmations, gratitude, and big goals. Remember, you are limited by nothing but your willingness to train your mind.
